Founder and CEO

Founder and CEO Scott Jacocks has 25+ years of experience in professional services, including founding in 2012 and running the ServiceNow consulting practice for Covestic/Milestone for more than 12 years.

This experience made Scott keenly aware of the challenges associated with maximizing billable utilization in an extremely broad and complex ecosystem. After seeing success through collaboration with independent consultants and other partners, Scott founded Billfly to institutionalize how partners work together to achieve their respective goals while maximizing billable utilization and quality of service delivery.

Co-founder and CTO

Co-founder and CTO Will Gordon’s background as an entrepreneur who has successfully exited multiple projects in the SaaS and staffing/resource management space help make him the successful driver of the Billfly platform architecture, development and roadmap.

Will’s vision and execution continuously underpin Billfly’s mission to become the platform that eliminates the most common friction points that exist across SaaS partner ecosystems like ServiceNow.

His responsibilities include product ownership of the Billfly talent-cloud platform and staying ahead of emerging, AI-dominated technologies that will continue to be Billfly’s differentiator in this new frontier of making partner ecosystems frictionless.
