Founder and CEO Scott Jacocks has +25 years experience in professional services, including having founded (2012) and run the ServiceNow consulting practice for Covestic/Milestone for over 12 years.

This experience made Scott keenly aware of the challenges associated with maximizing billable utilization in an extremely broad and complex ecosystem. Having found success in partnering with ServiceNow independent consultants and other partners, Scott founded Billfly to institutionalize how partners work together to achieve their respective goals while maximizing billable utilization and quality of service delivery.
