If you use Billfly to submit yourself or a company resource to an open job need, you pay nothing and will bill the subscriber who posted the job directly. If you use Billfly to post a job/project need, you will be invoiced by the subscriber for contractually agreed bill rates on a monthly basis and Billfly will invoice you a 6% fee of these total billables.
